This Company Cancelation/Refund Policy is hereby determined to be part of the Company Terms of Use. The Administration of Healthy Alternatives Polk, LLC. Will be at the sole discretion of the company, based on the Terms of Use and any form of Cancelation/Refund Policy, as defined on this website or for any in store sales as written herein.
When a customer has purchased and paid Healthy Alternatives Polk, LLC. either by website or for in-store purchases whether paid in cash, by check, or by credit-debit card and/or in accordance with the written and signed payment arrangement for other services provided by Healthy Alternatives Polk, LLC. by contractual agreement, that customer will be bound by the Company Cancelation/Refund Policy and their Terms of Use and this Cancelation/Refund Policy.
Depending on the purchase/s whether over the internet, using the website or for in house sales or a service payment contract entered between customer and Healthy Alternatives Polk, LLC. All purchases or services will be considered rendered to the full satisfaction of the customer at the sole discretion of Healthy Alternatives Polk, LLC. or for services rendered in accordance with the Customer and Healthy Alternatives Polk, LLC. written and signed agreement.
Any dissatisfaction with contracted extended specialized services must be reported in writing no later than five (5) business days after any treatment by Healthy Alternatives Polk, LLC. to be considered for a partial or full refund. A written letter describing the customer's dissatisfaction with products/s or services as rendered must be sent by certified mail - return receipt included, and post marked no later than within the five-business day period.
Returns, we allow returns only and do not allow exchanges. Items purchased through the website or in-store returns are accepted only within 3 days of original purchase supported with a valid receipt and/or proof of purchase. After the 3-day period a purchase will be received only as Store Credit. Any contracted service will be governed by the signed agreement between the purchaser and Healthy Alternatives Polk, LLC only at Healthy Alternatives Polk, LLC sole discretion.
Refunds will only be considered for eligible Items: The following Items: Clearance items, Final Sale Items, Perishable items, Food (Refrigerated or Frozen), Special-Order items, essential oils, Gift Cards, and Beauty items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND. We reserve the right to refuse any return, at any time at management’s discretion, if the item being returned does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.
Conditions of items being returned must be packaged in their original container. Services rendered will be in accordance with the service agreement. Form of Payment regards refunds, if issued, will be only issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is not available, store credit may be issued at our discretion but can be limited to the original purchaser.
